📦 Shipping & Dispatch

We process and dispatch all orders within 24-48 hours. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or refusal to accept delivery, the reshipping cost will be borne by the customer.

❌ Order Cancellation

Cancellations are only possible within 12 hours of placing the order. Once the order enters the 'Packing' or 'Shipped' stage, it cannot be canceled. No cancellation requests will be accepted for customized or made-to-order items.

⚖️ Usage Policy

All items sold on Laddu Gopal Shop are for daily worship purposes. By purchasing, you agree not to resell or distribute our proprietary designs for commercial gain. Laddu Gopal Enterprise reserves the right to cancel any order that appears suspicious or violates our terms.

🔒 Privacy & Data Security

We value your privacy. Your contact details, including phone numbers and delivery addresses, are used exclusively for order fulfillment and tracking updates. We never store credit card or bank login details on our website.

🔄 Refund & Returns (Damage Policy)

We take pride in our quality, but if an item arrives damaged, we are here to help:

• Conditions: Unboxing video is 100% mandatory (from seal-break to product display).
• Reporting: Issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
• Modes: Refunds are processed only via UPI or Bank Transfer. Please ensure you provide valid bank/UPI details to our support team.

💳 Payment Terms

All payments must be completed at the time of checkout. For prepaid orders, please ensure the transaction is successful. If money is deducted but the order is not confirmed, please contact us on WhatsApp immediately with the transaction screenshot.
